Advanced bookings are taken throughout the year and can be made over the phone, by fax or by email. All details of which are on the contact page.

Should you wish to cancel, this must be confirmed in writing by email, fax or letter and is subject to the following conditions:

1. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 25% of the confirmed reserved accommodation.

2. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 50% of the confirmed reserved accommodation.

3. Non-cancellation and not taking up the reserved accommodation will result in a charge of 100% of the confirmed reserved accommodation charge.
