Should you wish to cancel, this must be confirmed in writing by email, fax or letter and is subject to the following conditions:

1. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 25% of the confirmed reserved accommodation.

2. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 50% of the confirmed reserved accommodation.

3. Non-cancellation and not taking up the reserved accommodation will result in a charge of 100% of the confirmed reserved accommodation charge.
