Should you wish to cancel, this must be confirmed in writing by email, fax or letter and is subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations can be made no later than 48hrs prior to date of stay.

Non-cancellation and not taking up the reserved accommodation will result in a charge of 100% of the confirmed reserved accommodation charge.
